Who we are?

WillWe is a small start-up with a group of people coming from various backgrounds.

The idea was born when one of the founders took the office elevator and a stranger stepped in next to him. As the CEO of a growing development company, he used to know all his colleagues and was familiar with what each person did at the firm.

He was very surprised when the stranger got off the elevator on the same floor as him and entered the door to the same firm using an entry card. This was when he realized that he was one of his co-workers. It was a moment of recognition; because of the growth of the company, the fluctuation of employees and the advancement of home office, he does not know all of his colleagues any more.

In an average middle-size company employees know only a limited percentage of their colleagues, mostly only those who work on the same floor or on the same project. At larger companies, the situation may even be worse. This is a problem that needs to be addressed.

This desire brought the team alive.

Besides the above-mentioned CEO, our team includes a black-belt project manager with decades of experience in program planning, functional design, specifications and development project deliveries.

An event organizer who spent the last 25 years running trainings, workshops and team buildings and who understands the difference between face-to-face and remote company events.

And a true international investment guru. He made his career to the board of one of the world’s largest consumer electronics producer and later switched to real estate, built a number of large hotels and has been running them successfully. He is also involved in helping start-ups.

All four founding members of WillWe believe that our solution is the means to connect people to people and help to make faces familiar.
